Most projects run async — you upload stems, we mix and master, you review, we revise, we deliver. Live sessions are scheduled by appointment. Here is exactly how it goes.
The 6-step process
- Submit a project. Use the booking form with date, song count, genre, BPM, key, and reference tracks.
- Same-day quote. We confirm the rate, the turnaround, and the deposit (50% to lock the slot, balance on delivery).
- Upload stems. WAV or AIFF, 24-bit, 48kHz preferred. Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton sessions also accepted. Maximum 40 tracks for the standard mix tier.
- First mix or master. Standard turnaround 5-7 business days for mix, 2-3 for master. Rush delivery available at +50%.
- Two free revisions. Mark up the mix, send notes. We revise. Two rounds included.
- Final delivery. WAV master, MP3 reference, optional Apple Digital Masters package. Stems on request.

Turnaround times
- Mastering: 2-3 business days for single song, 5-7 for full album.
- Mixing: 5-7 business days for single song, 2-3 weeks for full album.
- Mix + master combo: 7-10 business days for single song.
- Rush: 24-48 hour turnaround, +50% surcharge.
- Revisions: 2-3 business days per revision round.
What we do not do. No tracking sessions onsite (we are an online studio). No vocal recording (we recommend a tracking studio for that). No physical media duplication. No distribution / aggregation services.
